Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of Trama. By creating an account you agree to them. They are short on purpose; if a clause is unclear, ask hello@gotrama.com before signing up.

Trama is a headless commerce connector and revenue-intelligence platform. We provide a hosted API, an SDK, and a dashboard that connect to e-commerce platforms (Wix, Shopify, Webflow) and third-party analytics providers on your behalf. You give us OAuth access to your store; we provide product/cart/checkout normalisation, revenue dashboards, and operational insights. You remain in control of your store; Trama does not modify products, prices, or inventory unless you explicitly authorise a one-click fix that says so.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password, your API keys, and your platform OAuth credentials confidential. Sharing an account with someone who is not your employee or contractor is a breach of these terms. If a credential is compromised, rotate it immediately from the dashboard and notify security@gotrama.com.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract Trama's mapping intelligence or scoring algorithms.
• Use Trama to scrape, store, or resell another party's catalogue data.
• Use Trama to send unsolicited marketing to your customers or anyone else.
• Exceed the rate limits stated for your plan or attempt to bypass them by creating multiple accounts.
• Connect a store you don't own or have explicit written authorisation to administer.

Violation may result in account suspension. We will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the underlying issue before terminating, except where the violation is itself a security risk.

Free-plan accounts pay nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not refunded for the unused portion of that period. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Plan limits — request quotas, project counts, AI call budgets — are documented at /pricing and enforced in the API.

Our handling of your data is governed by the privacy policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Highlights: we read order totals and refund totals only; we never collect customer names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses; we encrypt your OAuth tokens with AES-256-GCM; we never sell personal data; and we never use your data to train AI models. We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime on paid plans. Trama runs on third-party infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel, Render) and inherits their uptime constraints; planned maintenance is announced in advance. We may change, suspend, or remove features. Material changes that reduce functionality for paid plans will be announced 30 days in advance by email.

You may cancel at any time by emailing support@gotrama.com or from the billing screen. We may terminate your account for unpaid invoices after 30 days' notice, for breach of these terms, or for activity that puts other tenants at risk. On termination: your OAuth tokens are revoked immediately; your data is deleted within 30 days; we will provide a one-time export of your daily revenue aggregates on request.

Trama is provided as is. We do not warrant the service is uninterrupted, error-free, or that the revenue correlations it surfaces will identify the root cause of revenue changes — they are observed correlations, not confirmed causes, and the dashboard says so on every panel. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or fifty US dollars, whichever is greater.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trama is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith conversation will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. The merchant retains all consumer-protection rights granted by their local law that cannot be waived by contract.

We may update these terms when the product changes or the law requires. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Trama after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
