Questions before you sign up.

Does Trama modify my Wix site?
No. Trama reads data from your Wix backend using official APIs. Your Wix site remains untouched.
Can I use Trama with Next.js, Remix, or Gatsby?
Yes. The trama-sdk works with any React framework. The Bridge API is framework-agnostic.
What counts as an API request?
Each call to the Bridge API (products, cart, collections, CMS) counts as one. Cached responses do not count.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
Requests above the plan limit return 429. You can upgrade at any time without re-keying.
How is the AI support agent different from Intercom or Tidio?
Generic chatbots mostly answer FAQs. The Trama agent is built for store support: it gives customers more relevant answers, avoids guessing when confidence is low, and gives your team review and control tools on higher tiers.
Does the chat widget cost extra?
No. It is bundled with Pro / Agency / Enterprise — no separate checkout. Hard caps (chats per month, LLM calls per day) match the plan you are on.
How do I install the widget?
Add a small script to your site and manage the support experience from Trama. You do not need to rebuild your storefront to start using it.
